To instill leadership, ethics, confidence, and character-based skills in the mindsets of young women and men by providing inspirational and empowering programming over three days.

The Symposium will provide insight and working knowledge of societal and cultural topics, health, and more presented by women experts, business leaders, and former college and professional athletes.
In an effort to propel equal opportunity for women in the academic and corporate industries the Rose Bowl Institute is pleased to offer a scholarship opportunity to young ambitious women leaders. At the conclusion of the three-day symposium, female participants will become eligible to apply for one of three $2,500 scholarships generously gifted to the Rose Bowl Institute. The scholarship opportunities will be for students located in each of Pasadena, the State of California, and nationwide.
Scholarship Requirements:
* Be available to participate all three days live and/or catch the replay
* At the end of each day, participants must complete a brief survey
* Be a Female Student currently enrolled as a high school junior or senior or college student
* Possess at least a 2.5 grade point average in both the current and previous school year’s course work and be able to provide official verification in an official school document
